Our most popular and recommended plan is our Comprehensive AMC, which offers full end-to-end coverage for elevator systems.
This agreement includes the daily maintenance visit, emergency call-out to repair or replace major electrical and mechanical components, as well as the cost of all call-outs for repairs and replacements.
Whether it's hoist ropes, motor rewinding, brake liners, door sensors, or control panel microprocessors, it's a complete safety net in case of a sudden, substantial repair cost. This way, you can make accurate estimates of your annual maintenance budgets without worrying about any hidden costs.
The Non-Comprehensive AMC is only for those clients who want professional and routine maintenance and pay for replacement parts when needed. This plan includes all scheduled PM visits, complete inspections, lubrications, adjustments, and normal labour.
During any inspection, our technicians are able to see if there is a component that is worn out, and we can give you a detailed report and an accurate quotation for the replacement component. It's a cheaper initial contract price, but it can still be a case of the elevator always operating under the expert and watchful eye of Amtrex's experts and that the basic safety and functioning parameters are constantly being met.
